My German shepherd love to play fetch... the only problem is that he was cutting his legs every time we would go out... I couldn't figure out what he was tearing his legs on because he never winced in pain while we were outside. I looked all over for rocks, sticks, glass, metals never found anything... so I bought these and some shoes for him to wear when we play fetch.... it took him a little while to get used to it but now he gets excited when I pull out his armour because he knows it means it's time to play.

We were looking for something when our dog had a stroke and lost the use of his front legs. This helped alot! Kept him from falling on his face. Even he wanted it on. Towards the end before we lost him he lost the use of his back legs as well. This really helped us help him. I would recommend this to anyone!

First I want to express my appreciation for the great service. My dog had double knee surgery yesterday and I ordered this that morning. Delivery was supposed to be in 2 days but it came today, just an hour after I picked her up from the vet. The vet recommended a double harness, front and back, but she only needs help with the rear so this will work much better for our needs. It's well made and sturdy and will last much longer than we need it for.

We took in a little toy poodle who was 14 years old. 2 weeks after we had him he pinched a nerve in his neck. Which made one of his legs not so stable and I could tell it hurt. I ordered this and used just one side. He walked around so much happier with it on. Well he wouldnt actually try to walk and not scream.

Bought this for my girl who is really battling arthritis in her back legs wish I had measured her before buying this as she is a bit bigger than I thought but it is very sturdy and doesn't take a lot to use strength.

I wish this worked. It seems like a good idea and looked like it is well built although I didn't give it any use other than to try it once. We are currently using the 'suitcase' style carrier (i.e., carrier with a handle on the dog's back) to lift our dog who has a bad knee and I thought carrying her on my shoulder would be easier, but this just wouldn't adjust small enough for her and it felt more awkward than I expected. Although I expected the opposite, I found that picking up my dog with the suitcase style carrier is actually easier than trying to lift her with the shoulder strap. I think I'd only want to use this style carrier with a lighter weight dog.

The description of this product is silly especially the dog hanging to clip the nails but my dog had a stroke and lost her balance for walking and this harness is great!! It provides the perfect stability she needs to be assisted for walking. Despite the reviews for the harness running small is not true if you know your dogs correct weight. My dog is 19lbs and I ordered the large and it fits perfect

Having learned from previous experiences, having something like this on hand is great! We've had a dog I couldn't easily lift alone not get up. With this, I've easily trained by dogs to not only let me secure them inside but to let me fully pick them up if needed! They feel safe and fully held, never once squirming like they were afraid to slip out

I love the hinge feature, but I couldn't use the brace because my sheepdog has long fur. It would not stay in position because of his fur. I am keeping it to use after his summer haircut and hope that will be more effective.

I love EVERYTHING about this product. We ordered it the day after our 20 pound miniature poodle, Winston, collapsed after trying to jump on the couch. His back legs were and are still paralyzed. He was diagnosed with IVDD. The first day after the diagnosis, my husband and I had to hold our dog's back legs up while he went to potty. My husband ordered this harness and it was here about a day later. It is perfect for Winston and for us as the caregivers. It goes on simply (once you study the paper that comes with it and watch the video), and the support it gives is amazing! When this injury first happened, my first thought was "how I am going to do this alone???" Well, this harness makes it possible. It's easy to clean Winston's bottom with one hand while supporting him with the harness with the other hand. I do not know what I would have done without this genius product!!! This is an amazing product.
